1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "55rr" or "Platform" — refers to the 55rr.cam website and all related services, games and features.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has created an account on 55rr or is using the platform.
• "Account" — a user's registered personal profile through which they can access the platform's services.
• "Bonus" — promotional offers, free bets or additional credits provided by 55rr.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the betting conditions that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the primary currency of this platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 55rr:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 55rr reserves the right to cancel them and forfeit any deposited funds.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: A 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount applies before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Bets placed with bonus funds apply to specific games as determined by 55rr.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless 55rr states otherwise.
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim bonus offers will result in permanent account closure.
• 55rr reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when betting and playing games on 55rr:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical error causes an unintentional mistake in a game result, 55rr reserves the right to determine the correct outcome.
• Game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by a third party, ensuring fair play.
• Gaining unfair advantages during gameplay, interfering with games using software, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
• Bets on sports betting events may not be accepted outside of the specified conditions. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Specific 55rr sports betting rules apply for cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports.

6 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The 55rr VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback. This tier is accessible through regular play.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. Promoted from Bronze through consistent activity.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Members promoted from the Silver tier receive this benefit.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. This is the highest tier and offers the best benefits.

The final decision on VIP tier changes and cashback calculations rests with 55rr. Cashback funds also fall under the bonus policy and wagering requirements may apply.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

55rr places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial solution.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

55rr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Where required to comply with instructions from legal authorities.
• The member requests account closure themselves.

Before an account is closed, regular deposited funds (excluding bonus and promotional credits) will be returned, unless fraud has been proven.

14 Policy on Changes to Terms
